Method & Coaching for a
sustainable improvement of
your SME efficiency 🖋

In order to be efficient, you need to reach your objective while using as least resources as possible. From a systemic point of view, we should factor in all your impacts on stakeholders (teammates, shareholders, customers, suppliers, Federal or Provincial State …) and on your environment (neighbors, city, mother nature, …).

To do so, we are going to focus the first part of our consulting work on the consistent alignment and resonance between :
• corporate governance, business goals, strategies,
• systemic deployment and way of operating of your SME.

With a specific focus :
• on sorting out the relative impacts of political, strategic and tactical initiatives that led to your SME’s successes & failures,
• the corresponding reshuffled guidelines that could structure its future (opportunities), while allowing to capture all opportunities (agility), with consistency
• on monetizing induced, indirect of lingering impacts of your activities, as well as all the underlying intangible assets of your SME.

A method for your SME
efficiency improvement
in full autonomy

We will provide you with a method that synchronizes 30+ pragmatic tools. We have chosen them for their pertinence and complementarity, not only because they have been published in models or theories.

We will use them in iteration and progressively. We have sorted those tools within 5 chapters, from the most conceptual / long range ones, to the most tangible short term ones.

Last but not least, you may implement those improvements at your pace, step by step, and refine them later if needs be.

In some cases, you will feel that you have “caught something” and need to go deeper: experts and their references are listed (see "reference").

Topics addressed

Here are the five chapters to structure your quest of Efficiency, and part of the analytic, synthetic & prospective work you will accomplish (both sides of your brain will be activated for sure) :
° the “Functional What” (or long lasting cement that provides clarity) : the Life purpose & Rationale of the Company - the Governance Bedrocks - “Needs & Issues” rather than “Product” – the intricacy of Political / Strategic / Tactical Moves – Corporate Goals – SMART Goals …;
° the “Organic What” (or the “powerplant”) : the Strategic Domains of Activities (or Utilities) – Attractiveness & Asset – External Impacts & Triple Synergy – Life Cycle – Key Success Factors - Intensity of Competition - Integrated Solution – SWOT Summary – Busines Model …
° the “How” : Internal / External Consistency – Generic Strategies – the Portfolio of Activities (or Utilities) – a Brand is like … a Person – Unique & Compelling Competitive Advantages – 4C rather than 4P – Levels and Values of a Relattionship to the Product …
° and the “What For” (or Harvesting Sustainable Results) : plan for Return to Financial Liquidity – ORORA Matrix – the Value Creation Tree – the Sources of Sustainability …
To support all your contributions, we have and will continue gathering information and references within appendixes and through our blog.
